Overview

VISIA Skin Analysis (by Canfield) is an advanced digital imaging system that reveals what the naked eye simply can't see. Using multi-spectral photography and intelligent software, VISIA maps both surface and subsurface skin conditions — giving us the precise, objective data needed to design your most effective treatment plan and track your skin's progress over time. During your session, the system captures high-resolution photographs from multiple angles using three different light modes: standard lighting for surface texture and visible concerns, cross-polarized light for subsurface pigmentation and vascular issues, and UV photography to expose hidden sun damage, bacterial presence, and deeper pigmentation. The software analyses your images across eight key parameters and compares them to others of a similar age and skin type, including a personalised TruSkin Age.
